Why I No Longer Need The Yellow Pages Phone Book

This past weekend the Yellow Pages phone book was delivered to my home.  When I got to work the next morning, another one was on the front step.  At home, it never even made it into the house.  I just put it in the recycle bin in the garage.  I suspect I will do the same with the directory delivered to my office.

Social Media is a very hot topic.  Is it for you?  Here is our (short) journey down this path.

"Either you get it or you don't."  That's what my consultant told me six months ago.  I didn't get it.  Sure we had a website.  I got onto LinkedIn and made a few contacts.  Once in a while we would send out a blast e-mail.  What were we getting for this?  Not much.
